Greetings. My name is Roy. I am seeking a new place to live, as the home in Nashville TN where I am living, is being sold by the owner. I am looking for a 1-2 bedroom house or apt in good condition. The 1-2 bedroom house or apt does not need to be in Nashville TN. I would like my own parking spot and first floor with no stairs if possible, I am partial disabled/handicap but can take care of my self, I can walk short distance but I do use a wheel chair. $300-600 is my budget if possible with utilities included, looking for Long-term situation is preferred; will also consider sharing a home or apt with someone who is looking for a roommate.
