We are a small, dry van and refrigerated trucking company located in Lebanon, TN looking for owner operators to run our short haul and regional loads (100-300 mile radius, 85% - 300-600 mile radius, 15%). This is a family operated company (since 2004) with its own full service shop for repairs and drop yard. You'll be pulling 2021-2027, company owned 53 foot refrigerated and dry van trailers. We have both dedicated freight lanes and spot market lanes, depending on our customer needs. You will work directly with the company owner, no dispatchers. No chain of command to deal with. However, we do need you to do what we ask of you, which is to be professional, safe, and courteous to our customers, as you will be known by name by most of them. Our drivers have an outstanding safety record, and great relationship with our customers and we intend to keep it that way. With that being said, please, only professional, polite, and safe owner ops inquire. Our professionalism sets us apart from the "big companies". All of our drivers here have been here for an average of 6 years or more, and we all work as a team to get the job done (we have retired a lot of drivers). We prefer you to live with in 50 miles of Lebanon, TN, for more home time, but not required. Face to face interview is required. Looking forward to speaking with you soon.
