Better that a punching bag and can be configured in different ways. This one is the basic model. It has some wear on it, but nothing major.
These run about 550 retail. I also have the BAS workouts on DVD (if you have your old DVD player)
Local pickup only.
It does need sandbags or steaks to hold it firmly on the ground
