The vessel is a 1973 Nautaline houseboat. The old girl needs some TLC bt is comfortable & safe. The head was replaced last year & she had some electrical updates too. She has two inboard mercruiser engines and an Oman generator. One engine needs overhauled & the other needs replaced. Or, just throw an outboard on the back for a cheaper option. All furniture and kitchenware go w the boat, as well as a nice, newer gas grill. Furniture is updated too. You’ll need a marine inspection for your insurance, which is cheaper than home or rent insurance, and it cost $800. Bt I got one last year that goes with the boat too.
