Partner Success Manager (Nolensville)

The Partner Success Manager is responsible for activating, nurturing and growing assigned VAR and ISV channel partners to utilize Sterling Card Solutions’ commission based referral program for gift, loyalty and promotional card printing, online gift card sales, and online card product fulfillment services. Ideal candidates will be motivated self-starters capable of working independently under minimal supervision. Sterling Card Solutions sells plastic cards, point of purchase support materials, and online gift card technology exclusively through our point of sale (ISV), reseller (VAR) and payment processing platform partnerships.

o Drive assigned partner engagement to generate high quality inbound leads
o Provide regular partner education sessions to drive product adoption and active promotion
o Conduct regular 1:1 calls with key account contacts
o Drive product sales through assigned partner relationships via regular communication and marketing campaigns
o Work with marketing to develop and execute regular email, web, call, and print campaigns
o Represent SCS at conferences, trade shows, and on site partner meetings.
o Enable gift card related sales and marketing campaigns for partners
o Assist Customer Service Representatives as needed to support merchant product sales and delivery
o Assist Accounting as needed to support billing, collections, and paying commissions
o Work with the Art Department to develop sales and marketing collateral for the support of partnerships
o Respond to partner service requests same business day via phone and email

• 1+ years of previous channel sales experience
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork
• Previous experience in a SaaS sales field, preferably from the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of sales process in both short and long sales cycles
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical end-users
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to conduct training, coaching and mentoring sessions virtually
Preferred Skills
• Post-Secondary degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
