Our home is 10 miles from the Airport, 20 miles from Downtown Nashville. 1.5 Miles from exit. This room is very private. Single occupancy. This room is only for you.
No drinking, in the house, smoking outside only. It is $250.00 a week, This includes everything, (water, sewer and electric, and Wi-Fi) It is week to week, no lease and no long term. Just some rules.
Move in is 2 weeks up front. Then the next week is $250 which keeps you a week ahead. The 250 has a small refrigerator and microwave. The room for 200 does not. It is a short stay room. It dosent have a refrigerator or microwave and full of my craft things.
