My name is Matthew, and I live in a 2 bedroom single wide in the country of Lewisburg. I have 5 acres, a shop bldg a shed a pump house and a large camper which could become your space or we fix as a rental. I am disabled and since my uncle is no longer here with me I have found it very difficult to keep up with things. My health has also been declining lately, so I've had more bad days than productive days. What I am looking for is some help. I have a spare room in my home in which ive bought a brand new twin bed and box spring, new pillows, new sheets, and it would be the first project is to help me finish clearing and setting up that room. So, depending on how fast I find a candidate, you may start off on the couch the first few days. But it is comfy amd its free if you help out. Helping out means you MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING AT MIN: Construction, preferably carpentry, painting, landscaping, gardening, care giving, cooking, cleaning, mechanics, basic plumbing, computers and video editing/ running social media helping with videos etc.. You can not be severely clostorphobic bc one project is under the trailer. But im clostorphobic, and it's plenty spacious for me surprisingly. This is the main list of skills I am looking for. Again you must have skill in at least ONE but not all of these areas in which i need help. Also NO ALCOHOLICS NO EXCESSIVE DRINKING OR DRUGGING OF ANY KIND. Marijuana in moderation is no issue. Others MUST BE DISCUSSED AND YOU MUST BE HONEST IT DOESNT AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFY YOU TRUST ME IVE HAD AND HAVE MY OWN DEMONS NEIGHBOR. I do not keep a set schedule and some days I can barely take care of my dog. Some tasks needing done require no skill only following direction and those can be done any time your not needed to work with me. I do not do physical conflict. I have tried this a few times over the years and also had just I paying roommates. Sometimes it had worked out great both ways but other times, mainly the room for work deals, have not worked out so well. I've had to put a person out the very first day. I took him off the streets he flipped bx I asked him not to leave unrinsed dishes in the sink bc im always fighting off bugs as its an old trailer in a humid place. He raised a fist so he had to go. Another guy lasted 2 months amd we fought 2 times bc he attacked me. I forgave him and he actually came back and stayed another w months with no issues. So I am very selective in who im even gonna bother taking it to an interview level.
