Hi! My name is Emily and I am looking for a female (preferably in her mid/upper 20s-30s) to rent out my spare room. I own a condo in Lenox Creekside and it's a two bedroom two bathroom unit on the 2nd floor. It's a small space so please no children (I love kids, but not looking to live with one). Mill Creek Greenway is just down the stairs and I'd like to get someone to go on walks with me.
You would have your own bathroom and the rooms are on opposite ends of the unit so you would have a little more privacy. The windows face a tree line so it also has nice views 😎 It also comes with a washer and dryer.
A little about me, I am 32 years old and work full time for the state. I enjoy Netflix and red wine to unwind after a long day. I mostly keep to myself, except for the occasional inquiry about your day. It's a green flower friendly home, and I'm non religious, I also have a blind cat (Gizmo). Since it is a condo, there are HOA restrictions as to how many pets are allowed
I found my previous five roommates on craigslist and we were great matches. We still keep in touch
P.S. The pics are of the room right after my roommate moved out. It'll be repainted before move in.
