There is a 14X20 greenhouse on site. It’s been the home of our Centerville branch of our nursery business, but we’re consolidating locations. It’s about 1000’ off of busy Highway 50, with a good spot by the Highway where we put a sign to drive traffic to it.
It’s a small lot, about 68X38, with no water source and no power, though the electric line is close now due to a new home and could likely have power run easily. It is too small for a standard septic system and could likely not have a house on it.
Great for a nursery, farm stand, storage building, storage rental, RV parking, fishing cabin. About 1000’ from the Duck River with multiple public access spots.
