There is no mounting hardware with any of these hitch bars.
These can be used by welders or fabricators to be installed on farm equipment, trailers, old school buses, trucks, cars, tractors, ATV, etc.
1 1/4" and 2" receiver hitch bars.
Hitch bars range from 32 1/2 inches to 51 inches.
