The Cessna Group is looking for skilled individuals who have customer service experience. The position will be in office as well as the flexibility of working in-home. The office position will be paid by the hour and will not require more than 25 hours per week. The hiring manager will discuss the compensation structure during the interview process. The hours, training, and compensation will be covered during the interview process.

Customer service experience is strongly encouraged, but not required. In-depth training will be provided, however the ideal candidate must have strong communication skills. The position will require communicating with our clients on a daily basis via phone. The candidate should have prior phone experience. The candidate must show they are organized and have time management skills to efficiently manage the team's schedule.
