Presonus Eris 8XT studio monitors - $300

I'm putting these monitors up for sale because I'm not doing the studio thing anymore.
They are in absolute mint condition, not a scratch.
The XT stands for extended bottom end.
I wrote to Presonus to ask about the bottom end before I bought them and this is what they said:
"To answer the question, 35Hz is a measured response at -10dB. However, it is important to note that E8XT is measured at 0dB down to 50Hz and -3dB at 40Hz. Also the port tuning, if they would like to know, is approximately 37Hz, so the low-frequency extension is balanced and plentiful!"
I'm happy to share the driving.
I'm also open to reasonable offers.
