Impossibly rare, totally rebuilt/restored with custom power supply and basically extinct 969 LFO generator. Only a few surviving specimens of this late 1960's unit exist. Used by Herbie Hancock, the O'Jays (For The Love Of Money). This unit belonged to the drummer of 80's band "Quarterflash". No substitute for this range of modulation not even a Marshal Time Modulator. Restoration alone was over $2500 (had to be reverse engineered as the 1-page, incomplete 968 schematic uses some alternate symbols from this day and age, manufacturer scrubbed all part numbers from OG parts as well).
The LFO triangle wave generator is even more scarce. This one works and has had the knob adjusted to approximate the cycles-per-min/second markings. *The circuit on this was encased in plastic by Countryman to prevent cloning and has swelled slightly. This unit is delicate but works, the cover is held on by friction, contains a 9V battery. Note the marbled Ron Burgundy paisley finish on the power supply!
Only a few of these exist now much less in this condition. I will include repair receipt from Rainbow Electronics (over 100 years combined experience and knowledge). I had to reach out to several techs around the planet to gather useful information to revive this thing. I believe the new photo sensors were from the Morly pedal brand.
I just won't use this gem enough to quite justify keeping but I still might
