Specializing in high-end commercial projects including healthcare, hospitality, corporate, retail, and specialty interiors, we produce custom cabinetry, reception desks, nurse stations, feature walls, lab casework, solid surface fabrication, and architectural woodwork with a strong focus on craftsmanship, precision, and execution.
We are looking for a skilled BSolid / Biesse CNC Programmer who can help drive production efficiency, accuracy, and quality throughout our manufacturing operation.
Position Overview:
The BSolid Millwork Programmer will be responsible for programming, optimizing, and supporting CNC manufacturing processes for custom millwork production. This role works closely with engineering, drafting, project management, and shop personnel to ensure projects move efficiently from design to finished product.

Responsibilities:
Create and optimize CNC programs using BSolid software
Program nested-based manufacturing for custom cabinetry and millwork components
Interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and CAD files
Develop machining strategies for wood, laminates, solid surface, decorative panels, and specialty materials
Support Biesse CNC operations and troubleshoot programming issues
Work with engineering and production teams to improve workflow efficiency
Verify material yields, tooling selections, and machining accuracy
Assist with process development and production standardization
Maintain organized program files and machine documentation
Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout manufacturing
Qualifications
Experience with BSolid and/or Biesse CNC programming
Knowledge of millwork, cabinetry, and woodworking manufacturing methods
Ability to read architectural and shop drawings
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision, Microvellum, or related CAD/CAM software is a plus
Understanding of tooling, feeds, speeds, and machining strategies
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced custom manufacturing environment
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency
