Please read entire description before replying to gig. If you take the job, you are agreeing to the following:
Needing a paint punchlist completed for a residential project in Franklin. Paying $500 upon completion. Opportunity for other work if all goes well. House is one level about 1700 sq ft. Paint will be paid seperately for but you will pick up from store. You will need your own tools, drop cloths, brushes/covers, and anything else needed.
-Paint exterior side of metal back door (w/window): must use proper methods for metal door
-Paint baseboards and shoe moulding in open living area (kitchen/dining 11'x9'- and living room 23'x9')
-Spackle/sand/smooth wall gashes throughout
-Touch up walls throughout with same paint: will need to match paint
Job is in Murfreesboro, TN. Completed work will be inspected/scrutinized. Any paint or splatter that gets on anything not supposed to be painted is your responsibility to remove and will be a criteria to have job considered completed and payment dispersed.
Pay is upon completion and after inspection. Inspection period of 2 days after completion. No deposit. No progress payments. Can pay via check, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App. No cash.
