If you take this job, you assume all liability/responsibility and hold harmless the owner/job poster in all scenarios, and agree to the following:
Gutter replacement in Dickson. Paying 700 upon completion for labor. Must have own tools and experience. Material/supplies covered or fronted. Opportunity for other work if all goes well. Building is a 60' x 40' metal shop. The top of it (edge) is probably 16-18 ft up.
-Replace metal gutter across front side of building. Replace downspouts.
-Test sealing/patching with water test.
-Will coordinate work between myself and shop tenant.
Job is in Dickson, TN. Need to be able to start and complete soon. Completed work will be inspected/scrutinized.
Pay is upon completion. No deposit. No progress payments. Can pay via check, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App.
