This is a part-time position, 16 hours per week, January through December. You will be maintaining landscaping, painting, and working on light carpentry projects. This is the right job for you if you like working outside, manual labor, working in the heat/cold, you have a work history of more than 2 years, have tractor/bushhog experience, and you live within 30 minutes of Franklin. $23/hr. depending on experience.
