GC looking for a Class A Sub-Contractor Painting Crew

What I am looking for:
- You work primarily as a painting sub-contractor
- You have your own General Liability and Workers Comp Insurance and are willing to list my LLC as an additional insured on your Certificate of Insurance
- You are Willing and Able to always show up on time at a clients home. THIS IS CRITICAL
- You are willing to pick up project supplies at least one day in advance of needing them. I do not want your morning spent at the paint store: Pick them up the evening or afternoon before. This will ensure you can be at the clients home early, and if there are issue at the paint store, we have enough time to get them worked out.
What you can expect from me
- I will treat you very well.
- I will work with you to determine hourly rates and production rates based on YOUR crew. This way my estimates can be accurate and we both can make maximum profit.
- I will over communicate with you. There will be no ambiguity. Every detail will be covered and every question answered before you go to a client’s home.
- Your project supplies will be waiting for you days before you need them at the correct paint store
- I will stand up for you and shield you from any client issues which are not your fault. I do not work with difficult clients, nor do I expect you to.
- I will keep you booked up with work and keep your calendar full.
- I will get you paid for every job at the completion of every job via check.

Your Job: Making clients homes look great with top notch paint jobs!
My goal: To find a top notch painting crew whom I can count on. In return: I am going to do everything in my power to keep your calendar so full that you only work for me.
