•Lawn Maintenance Team Member- Starting @ $16/hr
Minimum landscaping experience is required.
This crew will be primarily mowing lawns. Other duties include but not limited to, trimming shrubs, cleaning plant beds, pulling weeds, installing mulch
•Project Team Experience
Starting at $18/hr
To qualify for this starting rate you will need minimum 2 yrs experience in plant installation, wall block/edger/hardscape install and comprehending landscape layouts. Should be familiar with and able to identify the necessary plant and construction materials & comfortable in processes involved with landscape installation. You should also be capable of handling all aspects of landscape maintenance.
We manage 350+ residential accounts
6 HOA and a handful of commercial properties. This is a fast paced and physically challenging job. Working outside includes being prepared for all of the conditions involved with being outside. We are small business, there is no room for lazy or unmotivated.
