We specialize in quality home remodels, additions, repairs, and custom work.Required Skills (must be strong in most of these):Framing (rough and finish)
Roofing (repairs, replacements, shingle/metal)
Drywall hanging, taping, mudding & finishing
Interior/exterior painting
Trim work (baseboards, crown molding, casing, doors/windows)
Flooring installation (hardwood, laminate, LVP, tile)
What we're looking for:5+ years of proven hands-on experience in residential construction
Own basic hand tools and reliable transportation
Ability to read plans/blueprints and work independently or with a small crew
Attention to detail, clean workmanship, and pride in quality results
Reliable, punctual, and able to show up every day ready to work
Valid driver's license and clean record preferred
