I am a healthy 80 something year old, and have several friends and family in the community. I enjoy my independence, and have decided to stay in the Franklin area. From up North but I like country living, I have been in TN for 35+ years and this is my home. My daughter said I should try this before getting into an apartment. Looking for a good place to put my bird feeders etc.
Looking for attached apartment, suite or guesthouse for long term. Like to birdwatch, golf, play cards and swim.
Fixed income so trying to keep price reasonable, so if that means sharing a home with more retirees, while having my own bedroom and bath, that might work. I have small older dog, and after he is gone, I may not get another. Let me know what you have available in July or August for a one year lease to start with. Credit is good. Thanks for reading.
