About the Opportunity

I’m a working professional and quadriplegic with a daytime caregiving team already in place. I’m looking for a roommate who wants free rent in exchange for:

• Being home overnight
• Helping with very light occasional tasks (training provided)
• Completing basic, agreed-upon house upkeep (cleaning, tidiness, light cooking)

This is not a heavy caregiving job — it’s mainly a supportive living arrangement with shared household responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities

• Be present overnight (most nights you sleep uninterrupted)

• Routine house upkeep:
  • Keeping shared areas clean and organized
  • Helping with light cleaning and general tidiness
  • Assisting with light meal prep and basic kitchen cleanup

Daytime hours are completely free, which is ideal if you work full-time outside the home or are a student with daytime classes.

• Must provide a valid ID
• Non-smoker only (no exceptions)
• Respectful, quiet, clean, and a team player
• Stable day job or school schedule strongly preferred

Move-In

Move-in date is very flexible. Mid-December or anytime after, depending on your schedule.
