Electric fireplace insert with custom oak cabinet. Moving to a smaller place and no longer have room for it. Works excellent! Can be used with the heater on or off. 37 inches wide by 36 inches tall by 13.5 inches deep with the cabinet. Insert alone is 34.5 inches wide by 27 inches tall by 10.5 inches deep.
