Here is a beautiful single person burial lot in one of the most beautiful and popular areas of Nashville's historic Spring Hill Cemetery. The spot is located in the Peaceful Valley section, 204, 1/3, #1. There are large, mature trees close to the lot and spaces in this beautiful section of the cemetery are becoming very hard to acquire. The lot can be used for one traditional (casket) burial, or two cremations in the Columbarium that is already installed.
The beautiful Columbarium on the lot is already in place and has space for two cremation remains. The Columbarium and the panels on the front have names but they can be easily changed. My wife and I purchased this lot for our use, but have decided to be buried in Georgia.
Transfer of the lot and Columbarium can be handled by the office on site. Fee paid by seller.
The Columbarium is 28" x 16" x 33 1/2" and the inbox is 31 1/2" x 16" 37"
The original purchase price for the lot was approx. $4000 and the Columbarium was approox. $4000, so $8000 total.
We are asking $3900.
