The contents of the occupant’s leased space shall be sold to satisfy the owner’s lien. The bidding will be held as a Silent Auction with written bids submitted to the Auctioneer/Manager.
Best Self Storage will auction the following units unless paid in full by 6:00 PM the day before the auction:
#91/92 Lonna Arnault owes $500.00
#94 Eric Lyons owes $317.00
#136 Juan Serrano owes $377.00
#247 Mildred Taylor owes $467.00
By bidding, you agree to the following terms and conditions and any other terms as may be announced by the auctioneer prior to the auction:
1. Purchases will be made with cash only. Buyer will make payment for contents purchased immediately after the auction. If Buyer cannot make payment immediately after said auction, Buyer’s bid is cancelled. Contents of unit then will be sold to the second highest bidder, or the contents will be re-auctioned and sold.
2. ALL PURCHASES ARE AS IS, WHERE IS. NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED AS TO FITNESS OR SALEABILITY.
3. Buyer’s bid will be for purchase of all items in the storage unit, unless otherwise stated in advance by the auctioneer.
4. Buyer is responsible for retaining all of tenant’s personal property, papers, photos, etc. in accordance with Tennessee State Law.
5. Sale is subject to cancellation in the event of settlement between Best Self Storage and the tenant at any time prior to the Buyer making full payment for the contents purchased.
6. Contents in unit purchased by Buyer must be removed from the storage unit within 72 hours of the auction date. If contents are not removed, Buyer shall execute a rental agreement and pay Best Self Storage the appropriate rent for the storage unit at the rate charged for units of the same size.
7. Buyer will remove all contents from unit and any debris from unit and will haul away from the facility at Buyer’s expense. Buyer will leave the vacated unit in a “broom clean” condition.
8. Facilities’ overlock shall remain on the unit until Buyer replaces the lock with their own and/or empties the contents of the unit.
9. Buyer agrees to provide the information below and to display Buyer’s driver’s license or other photo identification acceptable to Best Self Storage.
