The is a Honeywell Survivair FULL face Fresh air breathing system, in Very Good Condition.
It does not have the air regulator/mixer valve part that attaches to the belt, but looks to be barley used. Someone may be able to find the mixer/regulator part online.
Many auto paint shops use these, as well as occupations where users are exposed to hazardous conditions.
