Candidates must have experience with Grill/Broiler, Prep, Pantry, Dish. Seeking a well rounded & seasoned professional with a minimum of 3 yrs. high volume cooking experience. Meat cutter must know how to cut tenderloins, ribeye & strip loins. Must have good knife skills and the ability to grill to temp and follow standardized recipes exactly. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to accurately follow directions is required.
