Responsibilities:
Run daily kitchen operations and ensure consistent, high-quality food
Line Cook in fast pace environment
Lead and manage kitchen staff
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization
Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
Execute banquet service and assist with off-site catering events
Qualifications:
Experience as a Chef or Assistant Chef
Strong food and beverage knowledge
Proven leadership and kitchen management skills
Experience with banquet preparation and off-site catering
Understanding of food safety standards
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
