Three of the wooden bedroom doors in my house won't close all the way because they are sagging on their hinges, and they squeak terribly. Need someone handy to drop by with a cordless drill, tighten or replace the stripped hinge screws, shave down the sticky edges if needed, and oil them up so they close smoothly.
