Getting rid of my 1997 e39 BMW 540i - has the 4.4 V8 and a 6 speed manual transmission.

Was having some water pump issues on original motor and a family member offered to rebuild entire car for me in 2018 and things fell through, he replaced the motor with one that had around 60k miles he told me, transmission is original with 195k on it. Hasn’t been driven since it was parked after that, needed axle bearings to drive at that time and I just never got back around to this one. With a fluid flush and a battery it should start up but this car is up at my parents in Hendersonville and I’m down in Florida so I can’t easily check

Was an amazing car when I had it going best offer takes it
Paint is in awful condition as well as the interior from sitting. both the trunk and the backseat are full of new various interior and trim parts in boxes. Everything inside comes with it but I don’t have a manifest of everything
