We are looking for a reliable and friendly Route Driver to join our eco-friendly dry cleaning team. This role involves customer interaction, pickups and deliveries, and helping us grow new service routes.
Responsibilities:
• Pick up and deliver garments to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
• Assist in developing and expanding new delivery routes
• Help in-store with basic tasks when needed (garment handling, assembly, etc.)
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and payments
• Safely operate company vehicle
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle garments with care
• Basic computer skills are a plus
• Previous delivery or customer service experience is an advantage
