REMOTE SUPPORT:
Remote help may be available if your computer can still get online.
For Windows remote help, I normally use Microsoft Quick Assist.
If Quick Assist does not work, I may use Chrome Remote Desktop Support.
Remote help is only done with your permission.
You can watch what I’m doing the whole time.
You can stop the remote session anytime.
I do not set up permanent remote access.

If you cannot get online, I may be able to help by phone.
I can walk you through basic steps for Wi-Fi, router restarts, computer settings, screenshots, and getting remote support started if possible.
PRICES:
Basic remote check / diagnostic: $25
Remote help: $25 for the first 30 minutes
Extra remote time: $20 for each extra 30 minutes
New laptop setup: $50 and up
Printer or Wi-Fi help: $40 and up
Slow computer cleanup: $50 and up
Basic security check: $50 and up
Bigger jobs: quote after looking
IMPORTANT:
I only work on devices you own or have permission to use.
I do not bypass passwords.
I do not unlock stolen devices.
I do not hack Wi-Fi.
I do not spy on people.
I do not access accounts without permission.
I do not ask for your banking password.
I do not ask for your email password.
If a password is needed, you type it yourself.
For normal phone or remote help, I need your permission before starting.
For deeper security checks, public IP checks, or anything outside normal troubleshooting, written permission and clear scope may be required first.
I do not promise miracle fixes if the hardware is physically damaged.
Please back up important files when possible before any major changes.
