I have worked in technology (including Spotify, and various AI startups) the entirety of my career helping make complicated technology easily understandable to the common man. I get told often I have the patience of a saint, and I genuinely enjoy helping make things easier, and helping people get the most out of their devices. My parents are my best guinea pigs! My most recent project was helping a 70 year old spiritual director build a website and send monthly emails to her subscribers.
We can discuss pricing based on what's comfortable, generally starting at $40/hour. Engagement should typically start with a phone call so I can better understand your concerns and from here we can decide whether phone/email/ or in person is best. I live in East Nashville but am mobile!
