I'm 5.4 and it hits me just above my ankles so it is gorgeous with high heels or strappy sandals
I fluctuate from 120-130 lbs and it always fits perfectly when I decide to put it on or wear it.
Depending on brands I wear size 0 - 6.
There is a lot of give size wise with this dress. Also looks cute with a cardigan/scarf, etc...
