Ugly, kinda dirty, but in perfect unrestored condition, this Japanese Drum Brake Hub (JDM Suntour?) has a straight axle and smooth running bearings second to none. Standard 36 spoke hole pattern.
All steel, strong enough for a tandem, loaded touring, moped, or a single bike. Has 2 brake straps to fit different size fork ends. This was old when I got it for a project which was never completed, over 20 years ago - I believe this dates from the mid 1970s. Weight is right at one kilogram.
