We bought these units for a previous home that have just been sitting in the house since we’ve moved out they work really well as far as we know they’ll just need to be cleaned come with two remotes they cost us 5000 brand new we are asking 2200 for both together the freon will need to be drained and you’ll need to come remove them we may be able to negotiate a little on the price
