I am a second chance landlord! I do run a back ground and credit check, but that doesn't make up 100% my decision. This home isn't furnished! All furniture has been removed! I have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home for rent in Cedar Hill,Tennessee. It's 7 miles from Springfield, 30 minutes to Clarksville and 45 minutes to Nashville. Its comes with a dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator, w/d hookups. You must have all lawncare equipment or sign a contract with a lawncare company. You will be responsible for your electric, water, trash, and fiber internet! All Pets must be approved, as there are cows on the farm connecting to ours. If you are looking for quite country living, and a responsible person, I may have a home for you! I don't charge a application fee. I do charge 1st, last month, and non-refundable administrative fee due upon signing lease! This is not a scam, and please don't try to scam me!
