.... one kid at a time!! We are currently seeking volunteer host families for high school foreign exchange students (ages 15-18) arriving in Fall of 2008!! These students attend your local high school and become a part of your family. Our students have all their own spending money and full insurance, are fluent in English, are highly screened....they are the cream of the crop!! They want to be a part of our culture and your family! They are here for either one or two school semesters! Share your world with them!! You will be opening your heart to an amazing adventure that you and your family will never forget. Foster excitement and pride in your community. Host families provide a bed (can share room w/ sibling)and meals at home. The most important thing your family provides is love and support. These kids need to be treated like a member of your family, not a guest!! It is the most rewarding opportunity and I can assure you your life will be forever changed!
Host families are as diverse as our students...we seek 2 parent families, single parent, no kids, 10 kids, empty nesters...JUST BIG HEARTS!!!
