Locate and order parts on behalf of Service Centers from specified part vendors<br>

Ensure that the consumer is kept informed about the transactions regarding their repair.<br>

Intercede on the customer’s behalf with the service center to help bring about aquick resolution.<br>

Make buyout recommendations.<br>

Grant customer accommodations if the situation meets established guidelines and parameters.<br>

Manage all open referrals for one or a set of states, clients, and/or programs.<br>

<description><![CDATA[<p>A local web services firm is looking for technical support help on a contract basis. Telecommuting is fine, but the interested candidate should live in Williamson or surrounding counties.</p>

<p>The company has been in business since 2002, and has a client base of ~1800, in 36 countries.</p>

<p>Support for our web hosting, streaming and e-commerce services is provided through an online helpdesk.</p>

<p>Compensation will be provided on a per incident/support ticket basis, and work schedule can be set by the contractor.</p>

<p>Experience with the following technologies would be helpful:</p>

<ul><li>Operating Systems: Linux, Windows</li>
<li>Hosting control panels: cPanel, Helm</li>
<li>Streaming: Windows, Flash Streaming (Wowza Media Server Pro)</li>
<li>Scripting: PHP, Perl, Ruby on Rails</li>
<li>Database server: MySQL</li>
<li>E-Commerce: CS-Cart</li></ul>
