We have a 3/2 house with pool. It is in the Deep Creek subdivision which places it closely to Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte. <br>
The walls are neutral colors, and there is new tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. The master bath was recently remodeled as well. It has a great layout for outdoor living. The master, living area and one of the other bedrooms all have doors that lead to the covered lanaii, pool area. <br>
