If interested, we can discuss splitting the cost of having someone come in to clean a couple times a month; otherwise, I would expect you to do your fair share in keeping the common areas (kitchen, living room, sun room/den) clean.

I am going to be heading overseas soon for quite some time and am looking to rent out my room so that I don't have to pay rent while not being here. The house is a 2 bed/1 bath home in Green Hills. It is fully furnished (couch, chairs, tables, etc. etc. 42" flatscreen) and has wireless and cable and a washer/dryer in the basement. My roommate is rarely here as he is always at his girlfriends so no worries there but of course, he is going to have a say in the selection since he does still live here.

I will be leaving the country 3rd week of November and returning the third week of January. I will also be heading back overseas for another 6 weeks the first of February but I plan on crashing here for that last week of January so as to recover and repair my gear.

The rent is $375 and bills are split with my room mate. Water last month ran $10.00 total and electric was $53.00 total. The most we have ever paid in electric was $75.00 total so it is a real cheap place to live but in an awesome neighborhood. Trader Joes is 3 blocks away, 12 south district is a mile, Belmont just a bit more. 440 is close and the mall and all of Green Hills is right around the corner but we don't have to deal with the traffic. I am a recent graduate of MTSU and I am needing to move back home to work! I am renting a house with friends in Murfreesboro, but I am never there. They prefer a female roommate and one that is either a young adult or an MTSU student! They are all great to live with and get along with! The room available is the master suite! It will be $315 a month plus utilities! It has been running me around $375 each month! So it extremely reasonable! Probably the cheapest rent I've had in the boro!
