I am renting a bedroom in my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in the Inglewood neighborhood in Nashville. You would have your own bedroom and own bathroom. The bedroom could be furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs - the rest of the house is completely furnished. I use the 3rd bedroom as an office/music room and you could use some space in that room as well. I do have pets (2 cats and 2 dogs) - so living with animals must be ok with you. My house is in a safe neighborhood and is about 5 minutes to the East Nashville 5-Points area, 7 minutes to downtown, and 8 minutes to the Opry Mills Mall.
Costs:
Rent - $500
Utilities (electric, water, and internet) - around $100 a month (we would split these bills each month, so an exact dollar amount is not available)
Details:
Move-in date - December 1st
Length of lease - 6 months
I am open to renting the room for less than 6 months if that works better for you - there is also a possibility of renewing the lease on a month-to-month basis at the end of the 6 month lease term.
