Why sublease with me and not just rent through raiders ridge?
I have to pay $200 to be able to sublease this apartment. This covers all of YOUR normal move in fees and YOUR $99 rental fee (what allows you to use all of their facilities). This is a smart opportunity and you're helping me at the same time!
All of these apartment buildings were built a little differently. My building is close to the clubhouse, the shuttle, the mailboxes, and the trash building, and only a short bike ride from campus. My room is in the back part of the apartment which makes it very quiet and secluded. I have the largest bathroom of all the rooms and have honestly enjoyed living here for the past year and a half. I will pay for the first months rent for you i.e., December or January which ever one you move in on but from then on out it is your responsibility and YOUR apartment! :)
The apartment itself has many favorable amenities included in the $419 a month.
