The house is 2,400 square feet, 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, with a practice/recording studio, a great yard, a nice deck, and a great living area. It is located conveniently just south of Nashville, but not yet in Brentwood. Ten minutes to downtown and ten minutes to Brentwood.

Current members of this house are all male and include 1 singer/songwriter, 1 drummer, a Belmont student/violinist, and a record label employee. They are Christians and are all involved in their local churches, but sub-letters are not expected to be/do likewise.

2 bedrooms are now available. Rent is $350 per month and utilities are between $50 and $80 per month.
