Why move into a place and sign a year lease to get the discounted rates when you can try a place for 6 months at the same price? The rent should be $1044, which includes Comcast cable. The complex has a great pool area and club house with a large projection screen TV room which can seat up to 20 comfortably. It is rarely used, so you should have it whenever you want. I have used it 3-4 times already. Great place to live, and we will remain unless we find someone to take over the remainder of our lease. The community is quiet and close to airport without the noise of airplanes (i have heard one at night in my 6 months here).
Reason for move: We want to move closer to where spouse is working to avoid long commute.
