I am a professional male looking for a male roommate to share my apt. About 6 miles SE of downtown. I work in downtown and it takes me about 15mins to get there. Rent is $350 + UTILITIES (Less than $100 for wireless internet, cable, water). This 2nd Bed room is about 12X13 with a twin bed and some basic furniture. No pets/no smoking please. I prefer to rent this room temporarily (few months).
