I have to move to Nashville to be closer to my job.
So I'm finding my current roommate someone to take my place in the apartment! She is an AMAZING roommate, very clean, considerate, and gives you your privacy.

This room for rent is in a very nice complex, Waterford Place.
You'll have your own room, closet, bathroom. Included in rent is water and cable.
She has cats, but you can not tell. (I personally hate cats, and have been happy here..)

I need someone to take over ASAP and.. THE FIRST MONTH OF RENT WILL BE ON ME!!
