Provide excellent carpet cleaning services and educate clients on the proper care and service of carpet. Handle customer problems with professionalism and empathy. Act with confidence by answering or finding the answers to customer questions and finding solutions to customer issues. Communicating with other technicians in the field and Customer Service Reps in the office. Educate the customer about our services and being able to up sell our products.
QUALIFICATIONS: Strong interpersonal; written, and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills. Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills. Sales experience a plus! Current Driver’s License with good driving record. Solid math skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to lift 75 lbs. Pass background check and drug screenings.
•Responsible for cleanliness and care of Mr J's vehicle.
• Productively and safely move furniture to prepare the home for cleaning.
• Finish out carpeting (rake) after cleaning and other services.
• Account for and return all cleaning tools, hoses, chemicals, etc. to the truck before departure from the customer’s home.
• Uphold all company polices and procedures.
• Provide customer with a receipt and secure payment for service.
• Inform customers about and sell retail carpet cleaning products.

Who we are looking for:
Two Sales positions open for qualified, experienced sales people with strong technical ability and computer knowledge. We are looking for people who want to base their work from home but have a vehicle to be able to visit Clients to sell. People who want full, meaningful jobs actually helping others protect their businesses from catastrophic loss.
You get paid a on initial sale AND reoccurring revenue. One time payment equal to first month of customers monthly bill, with an additional 5% every month as long as they remain a customer.
This means that every sale increases your monthly revenues. Average Account Executives make $65-125k/year.
This is NOT a giveaway, it requires work and dedication, but can work into a great career. Reoccurring revenue percentage will increase with sales as follows:
$100 to $2,000 in monthly billing – 7.5%
$2,001 to $5,000 in monthly billing – 10%
$5,001 to $7,500 in monthly billing – 12.5%
$7,501 and up in monthly billing – 15%
For example. If your first month you sell $1,000 in monthly billing, you will get paid $1,000, plus an additional $75/month every month after that.
If the second month you sell $2,500 in monthly billing, you will get paid $2,500, plus an additional $75 for previous month, and $200/month every month after that (since you are now at 10%), etc…
To start, until we can judge your abilities, this is a commission only position. However, we are looking for people who are dedicated and want to advance. With advancement comes salary, all benefits and a Corporate position. If you can generate $1,000/month in additional sales every month for 90 days, you will be considered for a salary plus travel, phone and Internet expenses in addition to above commissions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Assists resellers with organizational skills, account strategies, territory planning and administrative responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets.
• Becomes actively involved in a new resellers sales orientation and sales training programs. Adds as a resource to resellers in contract opportunities, proposals and proformas. Assists resellers with contract negotiations, closing the sale and developing marketing plans for contract accounts.
• Assists with the planning of sales exhibits. Attends trade shows. Participates in education and training conferences on selling and marketing programs. Coordinates and assists in leading sales meetings to include site selection and agenda preparation.
• Keeps informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to customers. Checks on competitive activity and develops new methods of attaining resellers and assisting resellers in attaining new accounts.
Other Duties:
• Troubleshoots problems regarding products provided. Answers questions from resellers and handles complaints.
• Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least three years of field sales experience, demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.
