New to town, 31 y.o. potential roommate... I've lived with Males, Females, Mixed Groups, Gay, Straight, with Pets or not. And I'm hoping to find a new place to call home.
I've currently lived 2 years now in San Francisco, so I'm very comfortable in a Flat, Victorian, House or Condo... let's talk. I'm open. I need a Med to Large Room, a little closet space/storage, but I don't mind sharing a bathroom.
I have a steady income, although I'll be switching jobs when I arrive in town. I prefer to not live with a "work at home." I also play shows/travel some weeknights and mostly weekends as I am a part-time musician. Not a loud person, I'm usually writing or reading, acoustic guitar in hand.
I watch a little TV, Movies, love to laugh, be a little ridiculous/sarcastic, and hang out. I'm not looking for a "best friend" but I am a people person, friendly, but respectful. No hard drugs, please. 420 friendly.
The City has given me back a love of cycling, playing soccer/relaxing in the park, and garnered a deep appreciation for good food/beer. My idea of a good weekend has a little of all of the above.
No live in girlfriend, no Drama, and I expect the same. I want my home to be a haven, and a place to unwind. I hope you do too.
I'm clean in common areas, although I have been known to be a little absent minded with a dish or two, but I never shirk my responsibilities and I'm not a "clean freak."
