I'm a professor visiting at Vanderbilt during the spring semester, and I am looking to rent a room or sublet during the semester. Most weeks, I'll only be in town for two nights, so I won't be around much. I'm also a married male with one child--in other words, excessive partying will not be a problem.
I'd ideally like to find a place within walking distance of campus and, especially because I won't be around much, I'd like to keep the rent on the low side (depending on location, specifics of the rental, etc.).
